East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana requested the coordination of rice distribution for raskin (rice for the poor) should be improved, starting from province until urban village level.

With that achievement, its implementation in urban village level is hoped could be more optimal in the next semester

He continued that besides coordination, its implementation needs to be monitored in accordance with the regulation.

“And will ended up with evaluation, if there is found obstacle on rice quality and rice distribution, it can be evaluation in the future,” he said, Tuesday (9/29).

Relaying on Jakarta State Logistics Agency (Bulog)'s data, in the third semester until September 24, the rice distribution in East Jakarta has reached 57.46 percent from 2015 raskin allocation ceiling by 11,999,610 kilograms.

“ With that achievement, its implementation in urban village level is hoped could be more optimal in the next semester ,” he disclosed.
